We are Committed. We are Fearless. Who You Are We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and mission-alignedIn-House UX and Graphic Designerto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity across a variety of platforms including digital, print, presentations, and web. You’ll collaborate with marketing, technology, and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life through high-impact visual communication. Key Responsibilities • Lead UX/UI for our digital properties—MatsonMoney.com, American Dream Experience event site, and additional landing pages. • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that are simple, intentional, and conversion-driven. • Design engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email newsletters, print collateral, and internal communications. • Create and maintain brand templates in PowerPoint and Word for internal and external use. • Develop and iterate on brand assets, style guides, and design systems. • Collaborate with marketing, dev, and leadership to conceptualize creative strategies and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals. • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials. • Prepare final designs for production and manage print coordination when needed. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for a high-conversion website or SaaS product. • Proficiency inUX designprinciples andwireframing tools(e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, HubSpot, ClickFunnels). • Experience working with theAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word. • Exceptional design portfolio that demonstrates expertise in layout, typography, color, and branding. • An ability to move fast, take feedback, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • This is a 100% on-site position Additional Qualifications • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus. • Understanding of direct response design, CRO, event funnel flows, or investor psychology. • Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment.
