We do this by providing affordable primary care benefit plans to small and medium-sized businesses. Their employees become our members, gaining access to care from our provider network. Members can book remote and in-home appointments with available providers though the Vitable mobile app. Our tech-driven model allows us to provide convenient, affordable, customer-focused care that is often lacking at primary care practices and retail clinics.

  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to provide coordinated care
  • Document patient care in electronic health record
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations

NP’s in Vitable’s Provider Network practice independently using their advanced clinical skills and our EMR platform to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, tailored to each patient. As independent contractors, our providers set their own schedules. Many have other jobs and choose shifts that fit with their other commitments. There is a minimum of 7 shifts per month per NP, but providers can claim as many available shifts as desired.

Compensation for in-person shifts: $90/visit, for 3 or more visits, OR $50/hour guaranteed, whichever is greater.
