Job Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and efficiency • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues, explaining products or services, and guiding clients through processes • Assist with data entry tasks accurately to update client records and document interactions • Handle client requests related to account information, billing, or service issues with attention to detail • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary for follow-up or surveys • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer systems effectively to document and track customer interactions Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience • Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail • Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions • Knowledge of sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory • Experience with cash handling or processing payments is a plus • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.65 - $28.48 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
