Inbound Call Center Representative

What You’ll Actually Be Doing • Picking up calls from customers who need help, have questions, or just want to check something. • Listening (really listening) to what they’re saying, not just what’s on the script. • Finding answers—sometimes in our system, sometimes by asking the right person. • Explaining things clearly so customers walk away feeling confident. • Keeping notes on each call so the next person can pick up where you left off. • Working towards personal and team goals—but never at the expense of the customer experience. What It’s Like Here It’s busy—calls come in all day, and you’ll be juggling different types of questions. Some are quick fixes, others take a bit more digging. You’ll have a supportive team around you and a manager who wants you to succeed. We’ll train you, but you’ll also learn a lot just by doing. You’re Probably a Good Fit If… • You’re patient, friendly, and genuinely like helping people. • You can explain something complicated in plain English. • You stay calm when things get a bit hectic. • You’re comfortable using a computer while you’re talking to someone. • You’ve worked in customer service before—or you’re confident you’d be good at it.
