What You’ll Do: • Prospect new clients and generate roofing and exterior sales in your designated region. • Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing repairs, replacements, and exterior needs, and provide accurate estimates. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve personal and company-wide sales goals. • Maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service from initial contact to project completion. • Participate in continuous training and stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and sales techniques. What We’re Looking For: • Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry (not required, but a plus). • Must be comfortable getting on roofs for inspections and assessments. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. • A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
