Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and kitchen operations, with experience in both fine dining and banquet settings. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through innovative menu development, high-quality food production, and effective team leadership. Responsibilities • Develop and design menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences. • Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth service during peak hours. • Plan and execute banquet events, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space while adhering to health regulations. • Collaborate with bartending staff to create complementary drink pairings for menu items. Requirements • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. • Strong knowledge of food management practices, kitchen management, and food production techniques. • Experience in restaurant management and shift management is preferred. • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. • Passion for culinary arts with an understanding of fine dining concepts. • Previous experience in banquet services is a plus. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
