Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of indoor cellular networks. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful deployment of indoor cellular networks that meet project objectives and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project management process for indoor cellular network deployments, from planning to installation and commissioning.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
• Onsite supervision and guidance for subcontracted construction crews - typically low voltage contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and sales teams, to align project objectives with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, external vendors and contractors to procure materials, equipment, and services required for project implementation.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying opportunities for process and implementation to improve network quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients, communicating project status, milestones and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, indoor cellular network implementation and management experience
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in small cell, DAS and indoor cellular network
• Experience managing low voltage construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables and deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to indoor small cell and DAS deployments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, as needed, to project sites and client locations.
