This role is perfect for someone who can perform heavy duty tasks in common areas and vacated and occupied units in high-rises, mid-rises, townhouses, scattered sites, and garden community apartments. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience and/or training in the industrial cleaner trade What will you do? • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, floors, cabinets, and other surfaces in vacated apartments • Perform basic janitorial cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning windows • Perform industrial cleaning in units, including sanitizing the unit after a deceased body • Clean up after fires in a building or unit • Strip, wax, scrub, and polish floors.
