Industrial Construction Project Manager

We've partnered with a $1B industrial Manufacturer and Distributor to add a powerhouse Construction Project Manager to manage the developments across the United States. This is a high profile role for a Project Management leader with 5+ years experience managing Industrial Construction projects of up to $100 million in value

Responsibilities:

• Project Management in the Construction of Industrial Facilities
• Schedules and reviews the various project stages, budgets and designs projects
• On the projects, oversees survey operations for the construction
• Will analyze all relevant information pertaining to the project including plans, construction survey drawings and survey reports, and maps
• Manage and plan the crew schedules as well as the subcontractors
• Assists and reports on crew activity throughout project lifecycle, tracking production
• Verifies as-built documentation and topography maps and reviews construction plans
• Responsible for the submittal of permit applications to appropriate regulatory agencies
• Responsible for tracking quantities for projects for obtaining approvals for pay estimates
• Travels up to 50%

• 5+ years experience in Industrial Construction
• Possesses knowledge of terminology and processes in Industrial Construction industry
• Must be self-sufficient and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong track record of managing the completion of Industrial Construction projects on time and on/under budget
• Organized to ensure compliance, balance time needs, monitor and evaluate work, and allocate resources efficiently
• Surveying background/skills and Civil Engineering software knowledge considered a plus
