Industrial Print Workflow Specialist

Overview

Konica Minolta is actively recruiting for an Industrial Print Sales Engineer! This position works with Sales Directors in the Industrial Print division to increase customer satisfaction for current KM-1 customers. The ideal candidate will identify areas of opportunity within prospects to help IP Solution Sales, develop samples as needed, work with Professional Services to develop future solutions. This role will help with product demonstrations in live sales presentations as well as the analysis and delivery of ink savings and optimization tools to help customers grow.

The ideal candidate should reside in either California, Nevada, or Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with, support, and align with the Directors, Business Development in the Industrial Print channel to drive pipeline growth.
• Increase sales of Industrial Print solutions in North America within the Direct, Dealer, and Industrial Print channels.
• Analysis and monitoring of competitive, financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on expansion markets & new business opportunities.
• Identify/develop tools and effectively perform complex workflow assessments along with Return on Investment justifications to enable increased & successful sales and installations of Industrial Print solutions.
• Deploy customer facing webinars and communication presentations to executives as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in commercial or production print, embellishment, or packaging & labeling.
• 5 years' experience with production inkjet or embellishment solutions, preferably in a technical sales support role.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
