Your role and responsibilities
- Execute and Maintain Serialization Master Data Updates.
- Receive review and implement master data changes and configuration requests for Pfizer SKUs in serialization systems.
- Support New Product Launches and Mandate Implementations
- Gather required data configure new SKUs and ensure systems are updated for new launches and regulatory changes. Collaborate and Troubleshoot Data Issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
- 8- 12 years of experience with serialization systems (SAP ATTP PTTS ICH). Strong understanding of master data management principles and processes.
- Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements for serialization and track & trace. Analytical skills for data validation issue investigation and process optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain operations and global serialization mandates.
- Experience with automation of data connections and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Background in IT engineering or life sciences
