Your role and responsibilities
- As a managing consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding & Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. - Your primary responsibilities include:
- Strategic Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design development and implementation of solutions for simplicity amplification and maintainability that meet client needs.
- Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of consultants to deliver work products on time budget and quality.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation leveraging your functional expertise with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems with deep expertise in Endur providing guidance and solutions for complex trading and risk management challenges.
- Provide insights to optimize Endur functionalities to support front-office middle-office and back-office processes for energy trading.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for Endur-related projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Strong grasp of system integration concepts (e.g. APIs middleware and data interfaces) to connect Endur with other enterprise systems. - Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing system improvements to enhance performance. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- Provide guidance to team and ensure adherence to design.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and assess technical feasibility
