Role

• Find and onboard talented content creators who align with BeReal's mission.

• Build a strong pipeline of diverse creators to grow the Creator Program.

• Analyze content performance and give actionable feedback.

• Share insights on trends and strategies to help creators improve engagement and visibility

• Be the main point of contact for creators fostering strong relationships.

• Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on program improvements.

• Track creator performance metrics and identify trends.

• Report insights to refine the Creator Program and drive growth.

Profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student in business communications marketing or a related field.

• Strong interest in social media content creation and building creator communities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with creators.

• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
