Your Role at Pura:

As an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with members of the Communications team to help boost brand awareness, build brand authority within influencer & affiliate channels, discover new talent, and facilitate & analyze the success across influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. What You’ll Own:

• Source influencers across all platforms and identify appropriate partners for gifting and paid campaigns (for both brand-forward and performance-driven campaigns) 
• Maintain and organize in-office gifting stock; help place orders for internal use and seeding with editors, influencers, tastemakers, etc. 
• Manage agreements and IOs with internal legal counsel 
• Request and manage invoices to ensure timely payment to partners 
• Respond to all influencer DMs on Pura’s social media within 24 hours and consistently engage with influencers to develop strong relationships
• Own and monitor collaborations email address
• Assist with packing influencer and media mailers and packages; create personalized gift boxes, write notes, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a tidy in-office shipping station and ensure all shipping supplies are well-stocked
• Help manage influencer & publisher affiliate network and join external partner calls 
• Assist team with influencer & experiential events & partnerships, as it relates to attendance and gifting, etc. 
• Working closely with Acquisition Team to ensure connectivity to paid media, i.e. provide timelines for influencer post dates, collect and share raw content files for use in whitelisting & manage usage timelines, and support in landing page AB testing
• Monitor for social media and market trends on social media to keep apprised of the competitor landscape 

Essential Functions:

• Support Communications Director and Sr. Influencer Manager on all influencer, VIP and ambassador campaigns and daily monitoring and engagement 
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, VIPs to help fuel excitement around the Pura brand for long-term and fruitful relationships
• Track, report and analyze results to be shared with the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or event management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent understanding of social media channels 
• Must have an eye for creators who make great content and who can amplify the Pura brand 
• The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workflow 
• Expert attention to detail and strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Self-starter with strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop the influencer channel
• Relationship-driven with ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
• Adaptable to changes in schedules and company priorities
