We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify creators from YouTube , Instagram, Celebrities and KOL, etc. on the One Impression Platform;
• Be the owner of core business processes that form the backbone of One Impression’s operations. These processes will span easy filtration for creators based on various filters, like city, category, platform, pricing, historical data, audiences, rating, etc.;
• Reach out to influencers/ managers/ agencies to continuous updation & verification of creator details; use One Impression’s tools extensively for running operations processes;
• Building strong relationships with necessary stakeholders, both internal & external.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Creator relationship building;
• Ability and interest to use One Impression tools extensively for running operations processes; Exceptional analytical, problem solving, excel/ google sheets, and data management skills; basic understanding of statistical techniques and ability to employ stats in solving business problems;
• Interest in learning new tech tools/ systems; familiarity with working on Google slides, Google spreadsheets, etc. and - the ability to seek out and analyze data to back up sound recommendations;
• Comfortable with cold calling, with the ability to make an initial outreach leveraging his/her personal and professional networks, engage with the influencers/ Managers to verify & update the existing details on the One Impression platform;
• Clear communication skills. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights. Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
