Summary
You’re passionate about compliance? You like to keep updated about the new laws and regulations? This position is made for you! We are looking for an Information Security Compliance Analyst to help Axcient establish and maintain compliance with various frameworks and regulatory environments. You will be working under the VP of Information Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, US and EU laws to keep Axcient compliant.
- Maintain company policies based on new needs or laws.
- Work with the product department to assess the compliance of new features.
- Review existing solution to ensure their compliance on a technical level.
- Provide guidance with various regulatory inquiries across the company.

Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- Experienced professional who is able to work with limited guidance in a 100% remote environment
- Strong knowledge of SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR compliance frameworks
- Ability to anticipate and plan next steps in large project and take ownership of compliance maturity
- Ability to accurately roadmap project task completion and timelines when multiple groups are required to complete a task
- Ability to maintain a strong work ethic and level of effort
- Comfortable tracking down task owners in a largely segmented and disperse environment
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Must have 3+ years of IT security compliance experience
The estimated salary range for this position is: from $80,000 – $90,000 annually. Actual compensation my vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
