Information Technology Program Manager - TS/SCI Required

cFocus Software is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager to join our program supporting CISA in Arlington, VA or Pensacola, FL. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager (PM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles and excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• 10+ years of experience with Reverse Engineering, Computer Forensics, Adversarial Emulations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment and Management, Risk and Threat Mitigation, and Penetration Testing
• 10+ years of technical experience using concepts such as (SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS)
• 10+ years of experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Dockers, Linux, Windows

Duties:

• Responsible for organizing all services pertaining to this contract.
• Tasked with fulfilling staffing plans
• Provide strategic guidance to multiple teams
• Formulate, organize, monitor inter-connected projects
• Prepare and/or present reports to Government PMs
• Fulfilling the task management deliverables within this SOW.
• Coordinate with other task leads to ensure specific deliverables are being completed within the agreed upon timelines and communicating any discovered risks and mitigation plans with the Government
