- Provide technical operations support to clients on supported application DevOps middleware security and infrastructure. Following a client standard workflow
- Provide Application ID management support.
- Provide infrastructure elasticity by auto scaling up/down of resources based on the business requirements
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Technical understanding of Client platform (PaaS) HA infrastructure and load balancers.
- Provide DR and manual redundancy fail overs. Provide daily weekly & monthly integrated service management reports across the solution
