Your Role and Responsibilities
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle WebLogic Server 12c environments.
• Deploying and managing applications on WebLogic Server including clustering and load balancing configurations.
• Monitoring and tuning WebLogic Server performance to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

• Implementing and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery solutions for WebLogic environments.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WebLogic Server including performance bottlenecks application deployment issues and system outages.
• Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Collaborating with development teams to understand application requirements and provide technical guidance on WebLogic Servers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• +2 years of experience.
• Has broad technical experience of cloud infrastructure and Platform solutions along with a strong understanding of cloud architecture of hyperscalers like (Azure, AWS and IBM)
• Has deep knowledge of WebLogic server components, clustering, load balancing and disaster recovery architecture, overseeing solution implementations and recommending changes based on operational issues.
•  Has strong expertise in applications deployment lifecycle.
•  Has expert analysis to troubleshoot difficult technical and functional-related issues and problems for the WebLogic-related incidents.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in Unix, Linux preferred.
• Experience in security best practices.
• Experience with automation and applications monitoring tools.
