#1: Are you an expert with InfusionSoft? Expert in the sense that you not only have used the program but can BUILD within the CRM? Ideally, we need implementation and integration knowledge from you!Â
Do you have hands on experience with WordPress, AirTable, Make, PHP, and/or SQL?Â
Do you have strong communication and teamwork skills? Can you handle working with multiple personalities with the same goal in mind?
Are you a whiz at integrating CRM platforms with other tools and systems? Thinks websites, e-commerce platforms, billing systems, and payment gateways.
Would you say that you have the ability to “thrive” in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and requirements change on the regular? In other words, do you have a realistic plan for dealing with change requests that keeps everyone happy, yet still meets deadlines?
While gaining your experience did you make mistakes and were the mistakes your fault? Did you own them? Learn from them? Put things in place to prevent them in the future?
Do you learn quickly? And if so, when you learn something you believe to be true today, and then that truth changes tomorrow, are you the kind of person who can accept that change, and roll with it?

At How to Manage a Small Law Firm, we believe in the power of data to drive informed decisions and foster growth. Join the HTM team as a CRM Systems Architect and help us leverage the full potential of our current and future CRM platforms. You will be responsible for customizing and integrating Infusionsoft to improve our marketing, sales, and customer relationship management processes.
Now the real question- do you have what it takes to join the team? We probably want to talk to you if you have the following:
• STRONG experience in marketing platform administration and development. We REALLY need Infusionsoft experience- bonus points if you know Salesforce and/or Dynamics as well.
• You know all about data hygiene practices like cleansing and deduplicating.
• You know how to adapt to changes quickly and can pivot from project to project without getting dizzy
• You’re comfortable providing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to CRM platform functionality.
• We’d really like to see a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field ALONG with multiple years experience in an Infusionsoft/Keap developer or similar CRM/marketing automation platform role (think OVER 5 years)
• Keep our attention by being able to show examples of how well you can problem-solve and know about data privacy regulations/ best practices.
