the OPEX Engineer will be passionate about creating a culture of operational and customer excellence, lead, monitor and deliver key projects a part of the MMS operations strategy and cost reduction initiatives ( Change to Win), implementing change, and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) across the network through the BD Excellence, leading or facilitating Kaizen events using A3, DMAIC methodology.
