Inpatient Pharmacist

$ 68 / hour Inpatient Pharmacist Minimum Requirements: • Must be licensed as a pharmacist in good standing in the State of Illinois • Graduation from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education or equivalent • 2+ years of recent full time experience in a hospital pharmacy setting • A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Previous experience with computerized physician order entry (CPOE) including basic knowledge and maintenance, PC-based word processing and Pyxis applicationsPosition: Inpatient Pharmacist Location: Chicago, IL Pay Rate(Local): $68 Schedule Options: • 1pm-9pm and 4pm-12amWeekend Requirements: • every otherAdditional Requirements: • must be able to attend mandatory orientation at chicago minumum wage.
