Inpatient Psychiatry Opportunity

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health Program at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital located in Pontiac, Michigan.

The selected candidate will join our inpatient psychiatry team as an attending psychiatrist for the inpatient unit. Trinity Health Oakland's inpatient unit accepts both voluntary and involuntary patients through our emergency department, as well as referrals from outside emergency departments, 24 hour per day, seven day per week, including holidays. The candidate for this opportunity will also provide hospital consults.

Trinity Health Oakland is a teaching facility with medical students rotating through the unit regularly. As part of the rotation program, our Psychiatrists provide the teaching component to these students.

This opportunity is open to new graduate residents as well as practicing physicians.
