About the role

As an Inside Sales Manager at Vivi, you will be a key leader within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of our inside sales representatives. You will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership: 

  • Recruit, train, and onboard inside sales representatives. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. 
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

Sales Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. 

Pipeline Management: 

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, deal management and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. 
  • Monitor key performance metrics and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and progress toward goals. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Generate and analyze CRM reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and product development. 

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a management or team lead role 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven startup environment 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
