Inside Sales Marketing Associate

CBS21/Sinclair Harrisburg is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Marketing Associate (ISMA) to join our team. This role will support the sales team through lead generation, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations across sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential customers through various prospecting methods to schedule initial diagnostic meetings for the outside sales team
• Achieve specific sales goals and measurable KPIs related to lead generation and client acquisition
• Provide administrative support to the management and marketing teams by entering television and digital contracts, maintaining contract paperwork, and assisting with production requirements
• Research and source new customer leads using internal tools and third-party research software
• Support the outside sales team with follow-up and ongoing account management
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure high levels of service and lead generation

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think independently
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
• High level of initiative and intentional work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
