Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the EMEA Commercial sales team. As Insides Sales Rep level 1, you will be responsible for selling company's products/systems and services to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone and email sales activities as per your supervisor decision. You will act as part of a sales team and support Field Sales staff. You will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. The focus of this role will be on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers as well as acquiring new customers. Your tasks may involve communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities, answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails. Some of your responsibilities may include maintaining and improving the database of prospects, researching for new leads and developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups. In order to be successful on the role, it is important to keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.

You will carry a team or individual quota.

• Knowledge of Vmware/Broadcom products and services
• Understanding and good command of internal Broadcom systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Follows company policies and procedures to resolve issues
