We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to fuel business growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales.

Job Description

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and research prospective clients in need of IT training.
    • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and recommend tailored training solutions.
  3. Sales Execution:
    • Present and promote our training programs and services to prospective clients.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  5. CRM Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the manager of the training center
  6. Customer Support:
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, education, or training services.
  • Strong understanding of IT training programs and their value to businesses and individuals.
  • Bilingual in French and in English
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
