Job Description
Join Spryker as an Inside Sales Representative - AWS and play a pivotal role in leveraging our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with AWS sales teams to strengthen the partnership, map out territories, plan strategically, and generate a robust sales pipeline, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing our market position.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in technology sales. This will enable you to effectively engage with top executives, business stakeholders, IT leaders, and innovation teams. You should be proactive, ready to develop and implement a strategic plan for your territory, and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. Additionally, experience in shaping enterprise account strategies and leading internal teams through influence rather than formal authority is preferred.Â
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales representatives across their assigned territories.
- Conduct detailed territory mapping and planning with AWS teams to identify key opportunities for joint sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies that enhance the sales pipeline, focusing on integrating AWS solutions into Spryker's offerings.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align objectives, share insights, and optimize joint sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to internal teams to aid decision-making.
- Facilitate regular update meetings between AWS and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, progress, and strategy adjustments.
- Stay updated on AWS products, services, and changes in the market landscape to adapt strategies and approaches accordingly.
- Pitch Spryker to AWS Sales teams to grow Spryker’s awareness within AWS.
Our Expectations
- You have experience in co-selling with partners as an AWS representative (or vice versa) focusing on Enterprise businesses
- Team orientation and willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges.
- Strong relationship-building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
- Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zones.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, specifically AWS offerings, and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to execute effectively.
- Quick learner: Understand Spryker product offerings and scenarios where we are the best fit.
- Ability to work independently and report progress concisely and effectively.
- Familiarity with common CRM products.
- You are intellectually curious, like challenging the status quo, and learning is a natural process and inspiration for you.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while embracing change positively.
- You strive for innovation and are curious and passionate about anything AI and automation-related.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
