Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

All our production is accomplished using the latest in Digital Printing, Cutting & Routing Equipment and Skilled Finishing. We are a full service provider for Exhibit & Trade Shows, Events & Stadiums, Golf Tournaments, Out-of-Home Billboard Market, Exterior & Interior Signage. We produce Dye-Sublimation Fabrics, Rigid Flat Bed Substrates, Vinyl Banners, Backlit Signage, Mesh Banners, Wall and Floor Graphics, and a Range of Adhesive Vinyl's. What We Are Looking for: Inside Sales / CSR minded person with minimum three years’ experience in the Print & Graphics industry. A proven self-starter, motivated and able to work independently. Experience dealing with customers over the phone or in person in a warm and friendly manner. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong and effective decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize workload. Ability to self-manage, relationship prospecting, time management, cold calling and following lead generation. Communicate with current and new customers to discuss and understand new projects. Prepare estimates using company provided guidelines. Collaborating with other CSR’s, Graphics Team and Production Team to attain sales goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email marketing and Math.
