WHO WE ARE We are recruiting for our sister company,Concept Store Fixtures International LLC (CSF Int, LLC.). CSF International Inc.is a leading manufacturer ofreplacement parts, shelves, and case skin kitsfor all major brands of OEM refrigerated cases in the supermarket industry. CSF has expanded its expertise beyond re-skinning refrigerated display cases. Today, we also performglass door retrofits, asset protection installations, and LED retrofitsfor multi-deck and glass door cases. YOUR MISSION TheInstallation Field Engineeris responsible for mentoring and training the 3rd party Installer (3PI) network, ensuring that proper trade practice and method are applied to achieve the best results for our clients. This role also performs installations, in-field part designs and surveys, job punch list items, and “post scope” audits to close out projects. In addition, the Field Engineer participates in product development by performing test installations of new products in client facilities. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE • Act as the factory representative of CSF International, Inc. during client visits and with 3rd party installers. • Carry out on-site installations, designs, and inspections on time and within budget. • Work on multiple projects as assigned by the Installation Coordinator team. • Work cross-functionally to communicate needs, designs, and issue resolution to the appropriate department. • Complete work according to contract specifications and established policies and procedures. • Act as a mentor to 3rd party installers regarding scope, trade practice, and method. • Seek and report opportunities for overall process and product quality improvement. • Work as part of the installation team to resolve project installation and operational issues, identifying root causes. • Perform pre-installation site surveys as assigned. • Ensure that CSF quality standards are respected throughout the installation process. • Report immediately upon completion of every project. • Perform all other tasks as assigned. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education • High School Diploma. Experience (Mandatory) • Minimum 3 years of experience in installation or construction. • Direct experience in the manufacturing industry of replacement parts, shelves, and case skin kits for OEM refrigerated cases is required. • Strong knowledge of construction and installation concepts. • Previous experience installing grocery refrigerated cases. • Knowledge of HVAC (asset). • Experience reporting completed work through a technology-based reporting system (tablet, BIM 360, Smartsheet). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Work with power and hand tools using proper trade practice and method. • Able to work collaboratively as part of the growing installation team. • Manual dexterity and practical common sense. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, including Outlook. • Ability to report work site progress and site surveys through BIM 360 Field iOS application and Smartsheets. Job Requirements • Flexibility to travel by car and/or plane to installation project locations. • Willingness to work variable hours (days/evenings/nights/weekends).
