Installation Team Lead

Mulholland Brand is looking for a motivated and skilledInstallation Team Leaderto join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew of installers, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the point of contact on job sites, guiding your team while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams. Compensation • First 90 Days (Training/Trial Period):$20/hour • After 90 Days:$72,000 annuallyplus possible monthly commission • Additional opportunities for growth and performance-based rewards Key Responsibilities Installation leader • Lead and supervise a team of installers to complete daily projects • Interpret installation drawings, plans, and work orders • Ensure installations meet deadlines and high-quality standards • Communicate with customers on-site to confirm expectations and resolve issues • Coordinate with warehouse, project managers, and the installation scheduler • Maintain safe and clean job sites in compliance with company safety protocols • Submit job completion reports, photos, and updates via the ERP system • Train and mentor helpers, supporting their growth into installer roles • Represent Mulholland Brand with professionalism and pride Qualifications • Proven experience in installation or construction leadership • Must have at least 3 years of valid Driver’s License • Strong technical and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Commitment to safety and quality standards • Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $72,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
