We are looking forexperience installing blinds, shades and shutters, but not required.This position is a good fit for someone that hasinstalled windows, flooring, doors, or has knowledge of basic carpentry. This position offers additional compensation with a Success Sharing Bonus. Principle Duties and Responsibilities • Measure and accurately record window size • Electronically submit technical measurements. • Laying out and organizing product on job site. • Installation of shutters, blinds, shades. • Jobsite clean up. • Organize company storage unit. Requirements • An enclosed trailer or high-top cargo van. • A current Gen iPad with cellular capability. • Cordless drills, impact driver(s), ladder(s), multi tool, hand tools etc. • Contractor liability insurance, vehicle insurance, trailer insurance and a clean driving record with your valid current state license. • Cell phone to speak with the office onsite if needed. We will provide you: • A week-long, hands-on certification program with a trainer at our Houston office. The program includes Shutter & Blind installation, troubleshooting and support classes to help you maximize your opportunities and income right away! • We will cover hotel accommodations, breakfast, and lunch every day during your certification week. • We find the work for you and the jobs are ready for installation when your part of the process begins. • A schedule team member to plan your days and align your appointments on your behalf. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Handyman: 1 year (Preferred) • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) • Remodeling: 1 year (Preferred) • Window Treatment Installation: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
