What You’ll Do: • Site Assessments: Make sure each site is ready for installation by checking rooftop suitability and product compatibility. • Precise Measurements: Measure, cut, and prepare materials like wood, metal, and roofing for installation. • Product Installation: Install Solatube products, Skylights, Railings, Awnings, and other home improvement solutions with precision (roofers encouraged to apply!). • Work at Heights: Confidently complete projects on rooftops (1-3 stories). • Customer Service: Collect payments and build strong relationships with homeowners. • Networking: Help grow the business by connecting with potential clients through word-of-mouth. Who You Are: • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • 2+ years of experience in construction, framing, fabrication, or similar trades (roofing or HVAC experience is a plus). • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). • Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan is a plus). • Excellent Leadership and communication skills—both over the phone and through email. • Strong time management and the ability to stay organized. • A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude. • Passionate about quality work and ethical sales and getting the job done- on time, every time.
