Installer Crew- Construction

FlexGround is looking for individuals that are willing to learn the rubber safety surfacing installation trade. We are a growing company that is looking for hard workers and team players to join us. We are hiring full-time positions in the field. Preferred: • A strong desire to lead, learn, and grow with our company • Driver's License with a clear driving record • Live locally in the Phoenix area Physical Requirements • Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions. • Will lift, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs. frequently • May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects frequently • May use the phone, tablet, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors • Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, vest, etc.) • Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas. • May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: This Company's policy is to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age, or disability.
