We are looking for an exceptional Instructional Designer to join our growing Customer Education Team. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for Learning and love using Authoring Tools to create immersive, industry leading content! 

As our customer base continues to grow rapidly, our users get tremendous value from our education offering at each stage of their Pigment journey. The Academy plays a pivotal role in providing this support and our Digital Learning Developer will be crucial in delivering this world class offering. 

What You’ll Do

Work alongside a team of Instructional Designers and Learning Architects to develop best in class digital solutions including eLearning Modules, System Simulations, Assessments and Videos

Transform scripts and technical documentation into highly engaging learning solutions

Collaborate with SMEs (including Solution Architects and Product Specialists) to design, develop and deploy a range of digital learning content

Maintain and enhance our existing library of Digital Content in line with new product features, branding and organizational changes

Create stunning supplementary resources including Job Aids and Training Guides

Publish and deploy content to our Academy (Skilljar LMS)

Review and provide feedback on the content created by your peers in the Customer Education Team

Manage project timelines and coordinate internal stakeholders

Who You Are

Expert level skills in the Articulate 360 suite of Authoring Tools - especially Storyline. This is essential!

Advanced skills with video editing tools like Camtasia

Familiarity with LMS Administration and a solid understanding of SCORM and xAPI

An eye for accuracy and incredible attention to detail

Fantastic visual design skills - previous graphic design experience is highly desirable!

A creative with an appetite to push the boundaries and level-up our offering

An ability to work in an incredibly fast paced environment, often juggling multiple projects, and meet set deadlines

Previous experience in the EPM space or an understanding of FP&A is highly desirable!
