Job Responsibilities: • Travel to job sites (customer homes) with your team. • Work in crawl spaces and attics, cleaning and removing damaged insulation, debris, and other materials. • Install new insulation and perform air sealing tasks. • Handle challenging conditions, including confined spaces, dirt, and exposure to rodents and debris. • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Requirements: • At least 3 years of construction experience (insulation experience preferred). • Drywall experience is a major plus, with higher pay and bonuses available. • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. • Willingness to submit to a background check. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to work in tough conditions, including long hours and dirty environments. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. • Desire for long-term employment and growth within the company. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in weatherization or retrofit construction industries. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • BPI and/or PTCS certification. Job Type: • Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional holiday work. • Starting at our Kent, WA location at 7 AM. Multiple job sites. Additional Compensation: • Tips and performance-based bonuses. • $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified installers with 1+ years of insulation experience and a valid driver’s license.
