Insurance Licensing Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the licensing process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in client services or sales, with the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. Responsibilities • Manage the licensing application process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to licensing requirements and processes. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on applications and provide updates to clients. • Maintain accurate records of licensing transactions and client interactions in the database. • Assist with data entry tasks related to licensing applications and renewals. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction. • Ensure new hires have valid and proper licensing to sell products Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. • Sales experience is a plus, as it enhances the ability to engage with clients effectively. • Strong analysis skills to interpret data related to licensing processes. • Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks.
