Integrated Management System Lead

KaTech Ingredient Solutions, part of Ingredion Incorporated, is an international food technology company that specializes in the development and supply of texturizing ingredient solutions for the food industry. Our focus is the development of plant-based products, such as milk, meat, and fish alternatives but also conventional products in the dairy, savory, and bakery area.

To facilitate our further growth, we are looking for an Integrated Management System Officer (m/f/d) to join KaTech in our office in Reinfeld/Wesenberg.

The special thing about the position of Integrated Management System Officer (m/f/d) in our team is that, together with your colleagues, you will play a key role in improving the food, environmental and quality culture in the company.

Core responsibilities:

• Maintenance and further development of the integrated management system with a focus on food safety requirements and standards, e.g. IFS Food, BRCGS Food, FSSC 22000, Bio, VLOG, RSPO and other company standards such as Sedex/SMETA, environmental management according to ISO 14001 or other standards according to the company's strategic decision (e.g. ISO 45001).
• Timely organization and internal coordination of certification and surveillance audits and inspections, including processing and communication of corrective measures.
• Organization of internal audits (annual plan preparation, support with implementation and corrective measures), as well as coordination and organization of 2nd party audits (customers, suppliers, outsourced processes).
• Company-internal communication of relevant processes and tasks from the integrated management system, also in connection with internal audits.
• Recording, analyzing, and evaluating weak points and initiating and monitoring corrective measures.
• Supporting the departments with quality management-related tasks.
• Organization of document management and regular review to ensure it is up to date.
• Preparation and organization of management reviews.
• Creation and further development of quality-relevant key figures.
• Maintenance and further development as well as implementation of internal quality-relevant training courses.
• Support in the promotion of food safety culture including preparation and evaluation of internal surveys.

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of food technology, nutritional science, or comparable training with relevant knowledge in quality management.
• Several years of practical experience in the field of quality assurance / quality management / HACCP with a focus on the food industry.
• Experience in dealing with quality systems, for example IFS, BRC or FSSC 22000.
• Confident handling of MS Office package (especially Excel).
