Integration/ EHR Specialist - Remote
Compensation: $60-$67k

Our mission on the Technology team is to build simple, wonderful technical solutions to help our therapists better serve our clients who are looking for help. We are not a technology company and don’t believe that technology should replace human-to-human therapy, but instead to enable it!

Responsibilities:
- Help troubleshoot any EHR-related issues with the existing systems or applications (this will be across multiple departments).
- Assist with system configuration
- You will work with engineers, product designers, and product managers to design, review, and build well-crafted products and features. You will be responsible for assisting with and testing new products and features in the EHR and providing improvement recommendations as needed.
- Establish end-user support service levels, working with Business leaders and IT, driving technology improvements through the eyes of the end users and management team.
- Assist with multiple projects at one time to meet strict deadlines and goals.
- Create clear and concise training material for team members on new applications as it relates to the EHR.
- Understanding the ‘why?’ of what we’re building and driving the team toward simple, effective solutions from POC to production
- Assist with the implementation of new interfaces and enhance the existing processes to incorporate a full product lifecycle.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify improvements in the efficiency and usage of their current processes
- Assist with insurance carrier configuration across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 plus years of EHR implementation and configuration experience (clinical & billing experience is required)
- Highly effective, positive, and empathic teammate
- Creative, positive, and helpful attitude; a team-oriented, customer-centric working style, and an analytical mind.
- Adaptable and able to navigate a rapidly growing organization: not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenging problems
- Able to determine opportunities and threats with the EHR through comprehension analysis of current and future trends. Comprehends the big picture and is able to think outside of the box.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Understands the EHR with other key applications with realistic time frames when working with (internal or external) coders and engineers to customize/ develop/ configure new modules.
- Strong with process improvement and project management skills.
- Must have a hunger for continuous learning opportunities and strive to share knowledge and train other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AdvancedMD
- Clinician Training experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Fresh Service, Camtasia, Articulate 360 - Storyline
