Job Description
Parkview Health is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Integrative Medicine Physician (IFMCP) to join our clinic in Fort Wayne, IN.
Specifics of The Role
- Board certification in Integrative (ABOIM), Functional Medicine or Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM) required
- At least three years’ experience in Primary Care setting preferred, concierge/retail setting experience preferred
- At Parkview Physicians Group Integrative Medicine, we treat patients with hormone imbalances, chronic illness, infections, nutritional deficiencies, allergies and environmental illness.
