Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for an Intelligence/Program Analyst to support our contract with a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. In this role, the Analyst will support the Intelligence Production Section as part of the Production Services Unit's Integrity Standards (AIS) Team. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and be willing to support in management and program analyst capacities.

Clearance:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required at time of application. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination if they have not had a successful CI Poly recorded within the past five years.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Able to facilitate AIS boards (a virtual call with two IAs to discuss product scores) in a highly professional manner.
- Able to coach AIS evaluators (GS-13/14 Intelligence Analysts) on how to score products and draft scoring narratives.
- Able to independently and effectively communicate and coordinate with evaluators.
- Able to adapt quickly to fluctuating needs of the team, evaluators, and other managers and customers involved in the AIS process.
- Able to track work and stay on top of board schedule and program communications.
- Able to collaborate and coordinate with team members on a frequent basis to ensure smooth running of program.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 Years of experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional customer service demeanor.
- Basic level of understanding with SharePoint and MS Office.
- Strong organization skills, flexibility, collaboration, and coordination.
- Familiar with intelligence products, including working with product templates and style guides.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intelligence Analysis experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience drafting finished intelligence products using ODNI analytic tradecraft standards (ATS) within the past 8 years.
- Completion of FBI or other IC element advanced analytic writing and reviewing courses (e.g., Advanced Writing, Reviewing Analytic Products).
- Relevant experience conducting tradecraft reviews of intelligence products and providing feedback (project oriented, TDY, etc.).
