Interim Director of Clinical Pharmacy Overview: • Stabilize day-to-day operations, building a sustainable staffing model capable of growth, and initiating medication safety and diversion compliance programs. • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. • This position is located in the Southwest. Qualifications: • PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree required. • Must hold or be eligible for an active pharmacist license. • 7+ years of progressive leadership in hospital pharmacy, preferably within health systems; Epic and Omnicell experience strongly preferred. • Strong hospital pharmacy leadership experience, a track record of turnaround success, and expertise in overseeing decentralized pharmacy models. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Compensation Details • Compensation Range: $175,000 to $190,000 annually; $2K sign-on bonus. • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
