Interim RN Nurse Manager – Dialysis Northgate (Seattle, WA) | Full-Time, M–F 8:00AM–4:30PM | Competitive Compensation (46.08 to $73.94/hour.) Make an impact in a place that values people first. What You’ll Do • Lead a 22-person clinical team (9 RNs, 1 LPN, 13 techs, 1 coordinator) • Maintain high staff and patient satisfaction in a busy, upbeat clinic • Oversee scheduling, compliance, and performance coaching • Support quality initiatives in collaboration with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team • Uphold regulatory standards and contribute to a proactive, improvement-oriented environment What You’ll Need • Washington RN license (active) • Dialysis experience required • Prior leadership experience • CPR/BLS required; CNN or CHN certifications a plus • Strong people skills: team builder, communicator, culture carrier Location Perks Located in Northgate — right off I-5 and steps from light rail — this clinic offers an easy commute and great amenities in the area.
