Interior Design Sales Associate - 2+ years of luxury kitchens and tile

We are expanding our product lines with the introduction of bespoke kitchens and vanities, closets and wardrobes from Italy by two prestigious companies. Summary We’re hiring a Design/Sales Consultant for our new high-end kitchens, vanities, closets, and wardrobes department. This role guides luxury design clients from consultation to order fulfillment, offering tailored insights and a white-glove experience. Requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sophisticated design and materials. Responsibilities • Develop relationships with prospective designers, architects, developers • Create new business opportunities with clients, provide extensive product knowledge and comprehensive solutions • Provide in-depth product knowledge, including materials, finishes, applications, and installation requirements. • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Arrange and conduct outside and showroom presentations for designers, architects and developers. • Collaborate with other team members, designer clients, vendors and contractors. • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom. • Stay up to date on new product launches and design trends in the tile and stone industry. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team sales goals. Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field required. • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in high-end retail, design, or building materials. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and point-of-sale tools; experience with design software is a plus. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. • Passion for luxury design.
