Intermodal Dispatch Data Analyst

Job Description: Authorized to work in the USA applicants only (no Visa required sponsorship program applicants will be considered). We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented self-starter to join our fast-growing Intermodal team. In this position you will be the direct point of contact for our transportation management system’s (TMS) mobile application and be able to communicate with our drivers to help them navigate and use the mobile application as correctly. Additionally, you will help to maintain accurate data of dispatch cards in our TMS to allow for drivers to use the TMS mobile application accurately. Duties and Responsibilities: · Update and maintain accurate data in our TMS. · Understand workflow functions of business and how they relate to your position. · Communicate with drivers and be able to accurately disseminate information. · Know how to use and operate our TMS mobile application in its entirety · Learn the general ideas and practices of the trucking industry to better perform your responsibilities. · Learn order entry, dispatching, and other functions of the business in order to fill in when needed. Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Excellent communication skills and ability to explain processes. · Analytical thinking skills and ability to assess problems as they arise. · Ability to adapt and learn new skills continuously.
