- Strong programming skills (Python Go Javascript etc.)
- System building/debugging/testing skills and software engineering practices
- Designing building and evaluating AI and agentic systems and frameworks
- Systems and software security experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with AI large language models and LLM / agentic frameworks
- Building cloud applications experience
- Publishing scientific results in top tier conferences and/or journals
