*** Internship for Summer of 2023 ***OverDrive is looking for bright, driven, creative, and out of the box thinkers who want to help create the way reading will be done for the next generation. We are now accepting resumes for a Business Management Intern.

Responsibilities:

• Clean up Salesforce data / contact info and record.
• Identify priority and endangered accounts in Salesforce.
• Collaborate in researching / creating details for content marketing purposes.
• Provide information on additional services to existing customer including magazines, comics, streaming media, etc. offering free trials of these services
• Identify / create sales records for contacts in key sectors like F500, Healthcare, Prisons, & BCorps.

Requirements:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Confident and energetic; professional and team oriented.
• Flexible; ability to respond quickly to changes in project scope or timelines.
• Reliable transportation (car, bus, carpool).
