The IT Intern's Duties include and are not limited to installing and maintaining computer systems, including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support. Organize and maintain IT resources. Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Matric with Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Youth
• South African citizen
