The Zions Bank Corporate Marketing and Communications department serves all bank departments and branches in helping them convey the brand, "We Haven't Forgotten Who Keeps Us in Business," through consistency and quality.
The intern will have the opportunity to become involved with a broad range of responsibilities within the department, which could include:
- Assisting with on-site event planning, and Zions Bank sponsorship activities
- Writing and/or editing copy for various print and electronic publications, including press releases, media stories, brochures, etc.
- Writing for employee audience in social media channels, such as blog posts
- Supporting in-house video production
- Assisting with executing marketing campaigns
- Attend marketing strategy sessions
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related degree
- Basic knowledge of and experience in writing and communications
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form
