Su función y responsabilidades
Los estudiantes son empleados que se contratan para que desempeñen una labor preprofesional/profesional mientras estudian en la universidad/institución educativa o justo después de haber obtenido su titulación y que trabajan para IBM como parte necesaria de su programa académico o que trabajan durante las vacaciones o períodos festivos o como curso en prácticas; por ejemplo las colaboraciones y los graduados en prácticas.
El equipo de Workforce Management Americas está buscando personas interesadas en desarrollar una carrera en un gran entorno que brinde apoyo a sus pares trabajando con herramientas de IBM para mantener los sistemas actualizados de manera precisa y oportuna .


Experiencia profesional y técnica necesaria

• Ser un estudiante avanzado de una carrera técnica / universitaria como : Ingeniería de Software o Sistemas Ingeniería. • Ser un estudiante regular • Entender el modelo de negocio • Resolver los requerimientos asignados
• English: Advanced both spoken & written
• Bachelor’s Degree
• College Studies: Administration Industrial Engineering Systems or related
• Time Management and Prioritization skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excel Basic


Experiencia profesional y técnica preferida
• Intermediate English.
• Software development.
• Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.
• Microsoft Office
